| The Second Floor Pioneer Gallery is dedicated to this cause, as stated by Dr. Henry S. F. Cooper, who founded the gallery in 1957 and owned the building and half of the double dwelling next door. His family has turned it (and the buildings) into a foundation entitled the Smithy- Pioneer Gallery, dedicated to his memory. | ||||||
